VERY happy with the service that Air Duct Aseptics provided. When initially requesting bids, they were extremely responsive (via their chat portal). They priced per vent and return (versus competitors in the area that did it by square foot and were a great deal higher). When they arrived, Tim was SUPER professional/ explained everything that he was doing/ adjusted the price down when he realized we didn't have as many returns as I initially thought / and was working the entire 4 hours he was here. I used this company to add a vent and clean my air ducts not only did they do a great job they were timely, responsive and respectful. Shaun and Matt were the professionals on my project however, from the first call I placed everyone communicated and followed up as well as followed through! I am the Chief Engineer of a world renowned exclusive country club in Boca Raton and i am also a HVAC professional . When we needed some commercial ducts cleaned we didn't hesitate to call the best in town of which I have used in the past over 12 years ago. ADA does clean work and do not cut corners , you get what you pay for, they show up on time and do a excellent job . You may find a less expensive company but you get what you pay for . Air quality inside you home or office is vital to good health , less colds, allergy's etc. Great company , ADA , thanks for everything .

Air Duct Aseptics advertises exceptional credentials and qualifications for their crew but we have been disappointed with the overall quality of their work, the communication to the us/the customer, the management of the project and the prices.
They were called to do a mold remediation and air duct cleaning.
However, the owners of the company sent out sub-contractors without managing the end result of their work.
When the crew came in the first day we asked them to use Ram Board protection paper on the floors that we had bought. They said that it would be ok and not to worry because the job would

Today Ron & Shaun showed up (on time)to clean the 40 year old ducts in my 40 year old home. Need I say more?
I was told exactly what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it.
They were a great team. They took care to protect surfaces, and left the house spotless.

This company just did a fantastic job and we are completely satisfied!!! After doing some research for a NADCA certified air duct cleaner, I decided to contact Air Duct Aseptics through their website. Their web form asked a few questions regarding the last time my system was serviced and the reason I was contacting them. I have a mildew smell coming from my vents when I power on my A/C.
