Preservation refers to the special cleaning and packaging techniques used to ensure your gown retains its beauty. A professional preservationist will survey your gown-the materials, embellishments and various stains, and will then formulate a specialized cleaning procedure. All of our processes are safe, gentle and environmentally safe.

I had a wonderful experience finding my wedding gown at Laura’s Bridal. I worked with Jill who was great from start to finish. When I arrived she had three dresses ready for me to try on. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! She knew exactly what I was looking for before I did.. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

How can i put into words how fantastic Alex is at Laura's bridal? I came from Vermont to try on dresses and let me tell you, they beat any Vermont dress we could find. Not only are the dresses fantastic, but the staff is by far the most kind, caring, fun, and genuine people. Please take the time and go into the shop for your bridal needs and ask for Alex. I was not expecting to walk away from my first wedding dress appointment with anything except some ideas off which to work and some inspiration to get into wedding-bod shape. That said, Mel listened carefully to my preferences and concerns and pulled together, after some trial and error, an entire look that was unanimously voted “the one” with tears from each of my party members (and even Mel herself). Melaney was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. I really had no idea going in what I preferred and I know you’re supposed to but I just couldn’t see myself looking great in anything in particular….and I didn’t want to tie myself to an idea that would end up looking better on a hanger than on me and be defeated. She spent well over the 1 hour of allotted time with me and I walked out with a dress I felt beautiful in. Thank you so much!!!

The store sold me a bridesmaids dress at full price and neglected to tell me the dress was a sample dress. I awkwardly found the large "SAMPLE" stitching on the lower skirt AT the wedding that weekend! I was given 10% off at purchase (which was nice) since my husband is active duty military, but still paid over $160 for a sample dress. I'm pretty sure this isn't the intended manner of purchase designers have for stores that sell their dresses. When my husband addressed this with the store, the sales rep recommended that we pay out of pocket to have the stitching removed... however

I went here for my boyfriends tux for prom. We both went in, and picked out the tux we wanted that matched my dress, but was never asked the color of the tux I wanted (I went in with intentions of getting a gray tux!). We left, and not until later we noticed and had to make the trip back. No big deal really.
Finally on the day before prom, we went in and waited our turn for him to try on his tux for a final fitting. He came out in the color vest and tie I DID NOT ORDER. I pointed it out, and all they could do was give him a vest that didn't fit him at all. They continued on to charge me
