I got a call from Simon from City Locksmith he informed me that
Antonio Shuti (Tony) at 586-222-7547 does not work for them and the information Tony gave me was false he did not represent this company. The previous review that I gave them does not represent the work of this company.
Simon was very professional and nice the fact that he followed up in regards to the complaint says a lot. That he cares about the reputation of his company and he stands by providing quality service. I wish I would have called them for my service.

Awesome service. I have a 2007 Jaguar and City Locksmith came through for me TWICE on very short notice! Communication was prompt. They delivered a better solution to my key troubles, and at a very reasonable price (especially for a Jag)! I highly recommend City Locksmith for ALL key and lock business!

My key fob got damaged and some functions didn't work properly for my push to start car.
I was super anxious in the beginning that this whole process would be a nightmare. But I was very happy to see that wasn't the case. It was the exact opposite.
I came in and they were able to get me an identical fob and cut and programmed the new one in under 30 minutes. I'm so glad I called City Locksmith llc before going to the expensive dealership.

Would I recommend this company no.
I have a review on Yelp concerning this company when I put company in search it didn't come up the after posting it appeared.
I just do not understand companies that give poor to none service and we pay.
Read other reviews were people are made whole.
Buyer be where if you hire compatient people City locksmith you wouldn't have to fix any problems because of the people you employ.

They were very prompt, the tech totally knowledgeable on a safe problem!
He got us into our non-working safe very fast and fixed it like it was brand new! also gave us great advice on keeping the dial combo system rather than try to sell us a new lock. totally appreciated the honesty and help he provided us. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this locksmith and I will be using them again for anything I may need!

Told me a half hour, 2 hrs later made me a key in minutes after he told me i "MIGHT" need 2 keys cut(which is a lie) then told me i can't open doors or trunk with key so i had to buy a keypad for an extra hundo... so 280 later! Quote was 119 over phone)The keypad is cheap and doesn't work most of the time... Unbelieveable i would never call this place again EVER and would't recommend it to ANYONE. Straight stick-up

Worst places ever Called at 8:38 for a unlock service the told me 30 45 I called back and they had someone call then he calls and said 23 mins like he was looking. At a gps or something 30 go by I tell him I'm waiting outside and he said he's on the freeway 10 away so I tell that 9:59 he doesn't call at at that time so I call him and again and he lies and said he's turning into the place bww is off the freeway I can see who tut I and what not so I called the first number I called told him I need some money taking off the. Tonight I did what I never thought would happen to me. I locked my keys in my car. I called around and everyone said an hour+ I called they said 15 minutes. I called one place back to tell them never mind and I accidentally called city locksmith. I called him after waiting around and he felt so bad because I had cancelled the service. He had gone all the way home and still made it out to me in less than a half hour and seriously were the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. I got their number, I got their cards and I will refer them to every single person I know. Thank you thank you thank you

I locked my keys in the house. He told me $29. After telling me it would be $119.00 if he replaced the lock. After popping the door open in minutes he had me sign and initial receipt. Then went to his van and charged my card $ 148.00 and handed me a folded receipt. I know I should have checked receipt before he left but I didn't. It was early morning and I had my dog and I was in pjs. Absolute scam. Be careful if you use them. Or find legitimate company. I feel he totally took advantage of the situation. I give one star because you can't put zero.

This guy came out because my deadbolt wouldn't open. He told me a price over the phone to come out - that was $29. He took, by his own admission, about a second to take my lock out and open the door (prices on his website show $45-65) for this service. He then told me my lock was not repairable and that he had a lock that would work. He wrote up a quote for the $29 plus $148 for the lockset. I thought this was high but I was stuck. So I signed the quote and then he cane back a few minutes later with a lock that he said was a bit more expensive- $240 more than what he'd already quoted
