Came in on Oct. 18th 2021 and bought a 925 silver necklace , being told that these were really nice , sturdy , and nobody mentioning the tarnishing… so 3 months go by and I look in the mirror and my necklace is completely black. Well after contacting them about it , instead of it being their jewelry.. they want to say it’s MY skin? So… my skin turned my necklace black in three months I guess ? If I had any advise .. the pretty faces don’t make the quality any better. Don’t buy your jewelry here. I was told in store if anything happened to it , to bring it in or to ANY jewelry barn and

Purchase a few pieces of jewelry was told if I traded in the jury I would get the full value I was lied to in order to get the full value I had to buy something that was twice or three times as much is what the jury i but was worth, talk to very disrespectful and look down at as if I was beneath I will never go there again who wants to do business with liars after buying jury on two or three occasions

Lol, to the bad reviews. I went there for a single purpose, buying a necklace and pendent for my daughter. I entered the store in my work clothes, I'm a painter so I was very dirty to say the least. The lady greeted me nicely and ask if I was looking for anything particular. I told her exactly what I wanted and unfortunately they didn't have the item. As she was looking I found some other items I was interested in. I asked if she would give me a good price on the item, she left for a moment and came back with a great price. I bought the item and went on about my day. It was a simple in and out

Me and my fiancee went here to look for simple, modest wedding bands. We were met with friendly faces, but I was told that my plain white gold wedding band would cost $800. I told them this seemed steep, but they said it was because of the price hike in gold due to covid.
I went and did some looking around and found several options that were much more affordable from other venders. It was either maliciousness or incompetence on their part - and I really hope it was the latter.
Stay away from these goof balls.

I had been looking all over. I was so disappointed by all the prices and BS.
My last stop before trying Nashville was the old Jewelry Barn.
Wow! They blew me away. They had a piece that was exactly what I wanted. There service was fantastic, and...their prices were far, far better.
Overall, I was beyond impressed.
