Best experience ever with a dermatologist didn’t try to sell me any products….. diagnosed me got straight to the point told me what I needed to do….now doing better than ever she was heaven sent…been dealing with my skin condition for 15 years…doing so so so so much better now…my confidence my mobility self esteem and health so much better now…I can go on and on but let me end this review and enjoy my life..thanks guys such a great team..

Horrible experience!! Front desk did not call me back to schedule an appointment but thought I would give them another try. Should not have. I explained the reason I was coming in when I made the appointment. I paid my copay and was taken back. Then the front desk girl came in to say I had to pay the whole thing ...I left!!! I waited weeks for this appointment!! Horrible office and service!

Garbage appointment system. People coming in after me going before me. I had an appointment for 2:45 literally had to wait 1 hour which makes no sense since I booked an appointment. Like why waste my time if you have an appointment system. Update: after having me wait for one hour plus. They stated they couldn’t fit me in and refunded my payment. Complete waste of time. Never recommend

Diana has made me feel good about my face again. Menopause caused me to have unwanted hairs that was making me feel unhappy but after Dr Sharpe got my pimples under control Diana has been doing an amazing job of making me feel beautiful again with hair free smooth face. I have suffered from eczema for most of my adult life. - I have seen a gazillion doctors, taken steroids, used creams, changed my diet etc. Since I relocated to GA I have been treated by dermatologist that offer nothing but creams and not always practical lifestyle changes. Long story short right after my last full on break out and a trip to urgent care, I decided to seek out an African American dermatologist. The first doctor had no openings until October. The wait was long to be seen, but I can see why. If you are a great doctor, your skills will be in demand. Her staff were friendly and helpful and I can tell they worked hard to accommodate their patients. This was my first visit but they took good care of me. I hope the meds I was subscribed works. Thanks Dr. Sharpe for seeing me. It was worth the 45 minutes one way drive through traffic.

I wanted to like this office, but there are so many inconsistencies related to an obvious communication deficit on the part of the staff. I called in advance to make sure they accepted my insurance. After an acceptionally long hold,I was told that they did accept it so I made an appointment. The day of the appointment they told me there was an issue validating my sons insurance. OK. No worries.
