Love the environment. Everyone is so professional. Love the work that Rosa Luján does on me and my daughter from hair cuts to coloring. She advises you on what products to use depending on the type of hair you have. Nichole the braiding lady has skill of her own that are fantastic as well. She does braiding and updos for weddings quinces and any other event that you would have. She did mine and my girls hair for a quince that we had. Very satisfied. In this picture the hair color is done by Rosa and the updos are done by Nichole.

The salon has such a beautiful, upscale esthetic & is always very welcoming. Rosa has done an incredible job on my hair whether it’s a simple cut or color. Anytime she touches my hair, I leave with it feeling SO nice & healthy. Most recently she installed JZ Styles extensions on me & they were PERFECT! perfectly color matched, blended & placed. I’ve also had them installed by Porscha & they were amazing as well! You can’t go wrong!! 10/10 recommend this place!

Today was the first time I have ever been to Charm, it’s an absolutely beautiful place and made for us Queens!!! I had my appointment with Dacia and she did absolutely AMAZING!!! I had her do the trendy Halo,which it came out beautiful!!!! I will amazing and I will continue to go back to Dacia for ALL my hair needs!!! I highly recommend going to Dacia!!!

The lady that cut my hair was very friendly and talkative and I really liked her personally. However, i have to say I was not thrilled that I did not find out until I was in the chair that she did not use clippers at all and could not use them to clean up my Pixie hair cut. I really wanted the cut just DONE because my hair was driving me insane (plus I had waited well over two hours to actually get it started past what I'd originally been told) so I said she could just get it done with just scissors. This is a very pretty and comfortable place. Mrs Taylor was amazing and did a wonderful hair dye from grey to my normal color of hair. I love it and my daughter loves hair cut as well. I will be back even though it's on 87th it worth going to she awesome she took me in at the last minute. So grateful to her for that..

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. I was charged $67 to leave with the flattest hair ever. I don't know why they have students working on your hair and neglect to tell you that once you're in the chair because now you feel like a Karen when you say something. To me, a blow dry is with a round brush to add volume and body to your hair. It took me almost 2 hours to have my hair look like a 12 year old did it. I expressed multiple times what I had wanted and was cheated out of my hard earned money for a sloppy job like this. Do not come here

Had the best haircut ever by Porscha Wallace! I came in for the first time today wanting her to chop my hair off and she was hesitant because she didn't want me to dislike it. She cut it off little by little as to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She took her time and gave me the most beautiful cut! I am so happy!

I had my hair done by Maryssa on June 26th. I was in the process of lightening my hair from it being dark and she ensured me that she would be able to do the color correction and to just even me out before I attempted to go any lighter down the road. The day of my appointment she showed up 30 min late, things happen so I understood & wasn't too concerned. What was upsetting was not only did She bleach & soak my shirt , but she completely fried my very long hair to the point of no repair and said nothing about it to me.. I didn't realize it until I left after paying her $300.

I messaged Maryssa before I went to the salon to see if it could be done to my hair. She said she COULD do it. June 30 i went into Charm Beauty Saloon in Odessa TX to get my hair done after Maryssa rescheduling five times. I had told her to dye my hair blonde, and she did not listen and used bleach. She put the bleach in my hair and she put me under the heat lamp and closed the door and went and talked with her friends for at least 30 minutes. I could hear my hair sizzling. Get with my girl Porsha, she's amazing and very flexible for appointments. She is very knowledgeable and honest with you. I've been going to her for over a year now, and that's because I live an hour away. Anna the makeup artist does an amazing jaw dropping job. I heard she's relocating so I'm not sure if she's still there or not, but she is extremely talented with her makeup skills.

I've had several Brazilian blowout done on my hair and no other has lasted as long and felt better than the one Kassie did. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and was absolutely friendly. I has never been here before but I'm glad I came. Definitely need to schedule again. ( my BB lasted 5 months)
