I needed URGENT corporate gift baskets for my company employees as an important accomplishment was achieved. The service and attention was EXCELLENT. I got asked to the detail on what I liked and wanted. In less than 24 hours 5 big beautiful gourmet baskets were delivered and our staff was very happy! Thank you Gilda, I highly recommend.

Very unsatisfactory service. Delectable rep promised a delivery to a client the next day. I informed client to expect a delivery treat. At 6:30 pm client still had not received. I called and left a message at Delectable. Few moments later call was returned. Delectable rep said she tried to deliver and no one was there. I told her we agreed she’d leave it at door, at my risk. Delectable rep refused to recall we agreed to that and said she was doing ME a favor at this hour to deliver. Really? She finally delivered. But then what she delivered looked like it was purchased at Walmart during Easter
