DO NOT GO HERE! They were recommended to us for installing a Trailor hitch - when I called I was told to purchase the hitch myself - I called Etrailers and purchased the part and then called gallmans to make an appointment with my delivery date. I was told without the hitch in hand I could not make an appointment . so when I received the part 5 days later I called and was told it would be two weeks for an appointment - besides no customer service the employees all need to go school on how to answer a phone - evidently they don’t need the business and could care less.

Called Gallmans Monday 8/2/21. Had my hitch for new 2021 Lexus (which is in short supply) Put in yesterday 8/5. they told me it would take maybe 30 minutes. I had much doubt. (my 3rd hitch installation they all took 1-2 hrs!! ) any way was done in 30minutes!!

Gallman's was recommended by my car dealer to check for a hitch for bike rack on our Lincoln Nautilus. Not only did they quote a very fair & reasonable price for the hitch and install, they got me in the very next day and had the work completed in around 45 minutes. Looks like an OEM installation. Couldn't be happier!!

Gallman's was a last ditch effort to get a hitch on my Toyota Rav4. I had tried all the places on Cape Coral. They were asking a price that seemed unreasonable and an appointment almost a month away. Gallman's got the job done, with a superior product, in an hour less than quoted, at almost 100.00 dollars less than all the other quotes. Even the UHaul places. Great service and great price

They installed a complete towing and braking system to my 42' RV and tow vehicle. They recommended the system that was installed which was slightly more expensive than the system two RV dealers suggested. The installation was extremely professional and has worked flawlessly for the past two years. (Yeah, I'm just getting around to doing a review). After the install I realized that the parts recommended were the most innovative and best on the market, not the most expensive. The Blue Ox tow assembly and Air Force One braking system are great. Although the parts were more expensive than others the
