The audiologists at Sound Answers Audiology in suburban Buffalo were phenomenal. Having previously received hearing Aids from the premier area audiology group, I was never able, for a decade, to wear them comfortably. This group never seemed able or interested in helping me.
Sound Answers , instead, actually made molds of my peculiar ear canals: the aids were perfect. The audiologists were patient, kind and delightful; they made every small adjustment until I was completely satisfied. I have been singing their praises everywhere!

I hadn't known how profound my hearing loss had been until the kids came back to school wearing masks. That's when I realized how much I was dependent upon reading lips. Decided to take the forty-five day trial. Before the end of the trial, I knew I had to have them. Excellent service, staff and follow-ups. Could not be happier with my hearing aids. Bluetooth even. If you have a need for hearing aids I highly recommend hear.com if your not covered by insurance. They have a wide selection to choose from at reasonable prices. Very easy to arrange a hearing test at no cost and will help you find just the right aid to fit your needs.

Hear.com is the best experience I’ve had with a corporation. They have provided me with hearing aids that I want to wear. I didn’t want to wear my old ones. The technology has improved immensely in the past five years. These people not only provide excellent hearing aids, they also provide unheard of service. They initiate inquiries to make sure I am doing well with the hearing aids and they are endlessly helpful. I am stunned and pleased.

My experience with hear.com was exceptional. Very professional and willing to help any way they can. Unfortunately I was not able to keep the devices that I wore for 45 days and absolutely loved. They helped me in so many ways I just regretted having to send them back as I was unable to afford them at this time. The quality seems to be very good and the way you control them through your phone device work very easy. From the time they sent me the laptop and devices to having to return them was the easiest method and went without a glitch. There was one thing that bothered me. I was told buy them

This company has contacted me several times. First via text message letting me know I have been selected for a trial. Then the call and I explain I would rather communicate via text message or email. Hello I'm hearing impaired. How on earth would a company specializing in hearing devices not understand this! It's like telling a blind man to read the email and follow the instructions. They have no problem responding to the text messages however their response is "is there a better time we can give you a call when you're in a quiet place or have someone else that can listen for

I bought $5000 the top Signa/ Siemens brand in the ear with Bluetooth and streaming capabilities. It didn't work so I was told to buy a $500 streaming device as well. Well it turns out it is NOT compatible with these hearing aids, in fact it is impossible for the hearing aids to have Bluetooth and streaming capabilities, there was a poster on the wall showing them.
I contacted customer service and was referred to a specialist and he was the one that told me they can't be made yet because has NOT reached that level.
I recontacted customer service again and was told I can return the $500
