A Sound Decision refuses to hand over information, including log in information for the equipment that they sold us. We used A Sound Decision at our home when we decided to add smart functionality to all of our home theater hardware. The company was recommended by a friend, so we decided to use them for our new business project. Right off the bat there were issues of over-promising solutions to our issues, but we moved forward while navigating through these issues to complete the project. There were numerous items that were added to our facility without proper invoicing and detail of the additions

Terry and Natalie were introduced to us through a mutual friend. We bought our first house and we were looking to elevate the AV experience of our new home. We were generally pleased with the experience, so when we decided to start a new business project, they were the first AV company that came to mind. They sold us on items that weren't needed and oversold the capabilities of systems that weren't intended for commercial use. Terry constantly promised and oversold what capabilities his systems were able to achieve, only to backpedal when these systems didn't provide the capabilities he originally

This company is way above average from my experience. Their showroom is a remarkably impressive, and very inviting.
Terry and Natalie are awesome, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs and hold up their end of the deal.

I am experiencing the worse service I've ever received in my life. Had to wait from November to February for a part. And now they tell me they don't have a date to fix my warranty item. I've been waiting since November but according to them it doesn't matter because they have bigger contracts that are far more important than me. Wish they had told me that before I spent my money there! Beware! You will not get the service you would expect!
