Disappointed in the Prairieland in McPherson. My husband and I went out there this morning to buy him a new mower. We're in there probably 15 minutes. Noticed one guy sitting in his office, two behind the counter, a girl walking around and another girl behind a counter across the store. No offer of help or service. We decide to leave. As we're walking out I asked the guy sitting in his office if we could get some help. He says what do you need, but doesn't get up out of his chair or come out to talk to us. Mind you, the mower we were looking at was in the hall right in front of his office. He seen

Very nice facility , i drive for TMC and deliver John Deere equipment all over the and country this is one of the best dealers i've been to . All the staff and employee's are professional and friendly, the place is well kept and clean . If you didn't know this place has been hear 5 yrs you would think it was brand new facility .

Recently purchased a 1023e Sub-Compact tractor. First time purchasing such an item the sales rep was quite knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions not to mention providing plenty of support up into the point of purchase. Afterwards follow-up was strong and I'll probably go back for another tractor if I decide to upgrade to a larger model or wear out my current one
