I used Specialty a couple years ago to clean out a blockage in my dryer vent. I called them back this year just to make sure it was cleaned out and maintained so I wouldn't have a problem again. Vini came out and he was on time, polite and very efficient. This company is great!

We were very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Specialty Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning! Our clothes were not drying as quickly as usual, and there was a code on the dryer that there was a blockage in the vent. When I called Specialty, Vinny was able to come out the same day and did a great job cleaning the blocked vent! We will definitely use them for dryer vent cleanings in the future!

My mom received quotes from several other places and these guys were at least $75-100 less than everyone else. Not only was the price good, the quality was great. My mom emailed them and within a day or two they replied and set her up with an appointment for the day after their conversation. Vini came by on a Saturday afternoon and got the job done. My parents had to leave the house and Vini made sure to ask if she had any other questions before they left to run their errands. From the moment I called everyone was very nice ! Answered all my questions and got out to my house with in a week. When they showed up to work , they were in a great mood and just all over pleasant guys to work with! A day or two after having my air ducts cleaned I could tell a huge difference in the house!
