Sage is a fantastic facility. They took very good care of my mother for over 3 years. She was looked after and worked with each day. The facility is clean, the staff is very professional and our questions were answered quickly. I highly recommend Sage for anyone who needs a good place for your loved ones.

You will not find a home for your loved that has a more caring and attentive staff. The facility is clean and very comforting, very homelike especially when compared to other facilities in the area. What really seems to set them apart though is the level of care, each resident is treated as family. Well done Sage Park!

Sage Park was an answer to our prayers as my family and I sought a place for my aunt in her journey. The staff could not have been more caring and loving to her. They have been so intentional to have activities for the residents that will keep them active and interacting with others. Her room was lovely and the overall facility is welcoming and filled with caring people. Thank you all for all you do for our loved ones each and every day!

I have been in the healthcare field for 15+ years. This facility is the epitome of pristine. The staff is compassionate and committed to the care of the residents and their family members. The cleanliness is superb. The programming(activities) department is customized to the resident's hobbies and interests. Customer service by every employee is outstanding.

We turned to Sage Park after a bad experience in another nursing home. It was like night and day how they cared for my grandfather. I am so happy we made the move. We all knew he would not have wanted to live with the severe dementia that came on suddenly following an operation, however Sage Park gave him a place to live out his final days with as much quality of life as could be expected.

Sage park was the wore nursing homes iv ever worked for..just expect for love one to be neglected an subject to die within 6 months after entering .. they have several residents that fall an they refuse to send them out to the hospital or call an report to loved ones .. they have given residents the wrong meds an there are never enough staff ... the staff aren’t certified they will hire anybody that will come to work overall a horrible place to have your loved ones spend the rest of there lives . I worked there 9 months seen every manager in Every department put a 30 day notice in an leave.
