Daniel Gholston is a native of Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in History and received his law degree from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2007. While at Mercer, Daniel received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting.

I've never been involved in a lawsuit before. The thought of a trusted employee embezzling would have never crossed my mind. I was both a plaintiff and a defendant. The Barry and Brad team were able to keep me focused on the task at hand, they were willing to give me feedback in such a way that I would tolerate it, even when it was frustrating, and they carried me through to completion.
