Services
I offer annual or biannual inspections. Inspection includes but is not limited to hot water heater, HVAC system, roof covering, attic, crawlspace, dishwasher, disposal and more. I will look for evidence of water intrusion in crawlspace, water leaks in the roofing system that can cause permanent damage to the home's support system and promote mold growth and vapor permeability.

I was having trouble inspecting the sub area of an old home and was close to taking the gamble and releasing my contingency. Bobby is highly skilled, hard working, quick, and extremely knowledgeable! He always delivers superlative results with very reasonable rates. He inspected and repaired many carpentry, roofing, pipeline, pruning, log removal and defensible space clearing projects up at Lily Lake. Not an easy task at all, yet he handled everything with utmost care and professionalism! He is the best!

My wife and I are buying a house in Meyers and used this company for our home inspection. We have bought and sold several other houses over the years and this was hands down the best home inspection report I've ever seen. If I'm not mistaken, Bobby did the inspection on a Sunday which seems crazy in this day and age - nobody works weekends anymore! The report was very meticulously detailed and organized into very logical sections. There were photos of everything with relevant concerns highlighted with circles, lines and arrows overlaid on the pics. The report was even mobile device friendly, though

Bobby has such a great amount of knowledge. He is my go to for inspection, evaluations, and plan of action on repairs. On the most recent inspection he identified possible asbestos material in a cabin right away. Turned out to in fact be asbestos which in its current state, could be a potential health risk! He's always figuring out how to help and just a pleasure to work with.
