I called Eagle refrigeration on a Friday evening in regards to a problem that directly affected my business. Within minutes, their answering service and put me in touch with a technician who promised to come out the next morning to look at my problem. Matt was friendly, professional, and very direct about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem promptly, and allow us to get back to business. Their rates were reasonable despite coming out on the weekend. This is the first time I have used Eagle Refrigeration, but it was certainly won’t be the last!

The customer service was decent. After we called to schedule a checkup for our ice machine, it took about 2-3 days for someone to actually come. The technician that came over was well spoken and mannered. He actually came twice to our business to fix the machine. The only issue was: They never actually fixed the machine. As soon as they left, the next day, the same issues arose again. They ended up trying to charge us $500 even though they didn't solve the issue at hand.

Outstandingly Bad customer service from Joann Lambert. I called to ask questions about a particular service and I got a lady by the name of Joann Lambert, who I was told was the office manager.
I would imagine that most of the reviews that have been left about a nasty attitude are referencing her. Another fellow employee had to speak with her in the past and stated that this woman had a super nasty attitude, but was very aggressive at adding charges and increasing revenue for her company. It’s very tasteless when is unjustified. It is the total opposite of what is said on their website which
