We had a pirate party for my son's 5th birthday this past April and rented the "ocean motion" bouncer. We shopped around for pricing and Awesome Bounce was by far the best price around. PLUS, the bouncer was delivered by 9:30 a.m. and not picked up until the early evening. My kids, the party kids and ALL the neighbor kids were wiped out.
A: You may cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your event start time at no charge. If you've prepaid on credit card, there is a $10 restocking fee for cancelation (not applicable if event is rescheduled). If due to rain or inclement weather, you may cancel up to the time of delivery on the day of your event.

Gave this place a try, but it was a joke. The bounce houses we got were dirty and not in good repair. The delivery driver was nice, but said he couldn't do anything about the units condition and if we didn't want them, we still had to pay for them. The customer service and quality of bounce houses this company has is horrible.
