I reside in scenic Spokane, Washington with my loving husband and four beautiful children. Ever since I was a teenager I have been interested in the makeup and beauty industry, and have always loved researching quality products and ingredients. After ten years of experience working as a makeup artist, I decided I wanted to grow and learn more about the industry!
Permanent makeup, or cosmetic tattooing, is a tattooing technique used to apply permanent pigmentation to the skin, which resembles makeup, such as eyeliner, lipstick, etc. Typically, it is applied to eyelids, lips, eyebrows, and areas of the skin to cover scars and white spots. Permanent makeup is only applied under sterile conditions and the inks used are FDA approved.

I followed Svetlana for two years on IG before going to her for Microblading. She is knowledgeable, wants to understand exactly what you want, answers all of your questions and understands that it can be a little intimidating. I didn't feel a thing during my Microblading and was impressed that they turned out better than I had expected. Svetlana was amazing. I won't go anywhere else.

Beauty by Svetlana is a wonderful business to visit. I have been going there for over 2 years, and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed. Svetlana is very thorough and particular and makes sure you look your best when you leave her salon. I have my eyelash extensions done every two and a half weeks and have never had a problem. I have had my eyebrows microbladed, and they turned out very nice. I'm now in the process of having permanent eyeliner done, and they look great.
