She began as a service where she was dedicated to providing close relationships with all of her clients while executing highly skilled workmanship. Super disappointed. So I've been coming here for a couple of years. I have used their five star point system to accumulate points towards a free threading of eyebrows, face etc.. I received this coupon from five stars from this salon and I attempted to use it. Mind you I have received one in the past for a free brow threading and it was used no problem. Today I tried to use a five star reward that was sent from the threading salon to me for a free eyebrow threading.

During my last trip, I was fortunate to find this great gem. Shipra was extremely responsive and prompt in helping arrange a quick visit. The super clean salon has a welcoming, bright & open setting. This is one of the salons I ever tried in Pleasanton and fell in love with the customer service right away ! The prices are amazing and Shipra is really sweet and does take care of her clients !! The threading is perfect and I have no complaints ! You should definitely try this place out . Highly recommend.

My usual eyebrow place wasn't available, so I came here based on Yelp reviews. The threader immediately started threading my eyebrows without asking about my preference for length or shape. Unfortunately, she changed the shape of my eyebrows and by the time I realized it, it was too late. My recommendation for new clients is to give specific directions on what you want. My recommendation for the business is to have threaders ask clients for their preferences before going to town.

I switched to JJ's Threading Salon during the pandemic. The other salon I was going to was charging a COVID fee -- it made sense for a while, but then it was just stupid to charge this fee when hygiene should already be a major part of running a salon. So I left, called around and wanted to try someplace new.
Shipra is awesome- she's fun to talk to. She will fix little things that you want her to touch up on for eyebrow threading. Her prices are more than fair and I pay cash and always leave tip.
People always seem to forget that credit cards have an interchange fee that merchants

Quality threading done in an efficient pace with friendly service! I got my eyebrows done here when my regular spot was closed and may have found my new threading place.
The woman who did my eyebrows was quick, kind, and did a great job! I feel like a new woman after getting my eyebrows threaded here and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again!

I have been frequenting their salon since I moved to Pleasanton 2 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else. Finally after being in a dilemma for several months, I decided that's it's time! And I went there to get my hair henna dyed. They are still the same. Amazing and friendly.
Once I reached, Vaishali took my temperature, the chairs are spaced 6 feet apart, all the chairs are sanitized after a customer left, all covid protocols were thoroughly followed.

I have come in a few times for threading and tinting and I'm never disappointed. Shipra takes her time with each customer and is very friendly and professional.
