We were extremely fortunate to have come across Kay Isola as we searched for liability coverage for our new practice. In a situation where I stood to lose benefits of a longstanding relationship with The Doctors Company, a particular agent, Michael Baus, demonstrated outstanding patients and persistence in guiding me. Through a protracted process of a mixture of misunderstandings and negotiations with my new employer, TDC and Mr. Baus "hung in there" to help make it possible for me to be reinstated properly. We have had all our offices malpractice insurance coverage through The Doctors Agency for the last several years. We switched from another well known carrier and what a difference. The service is fantastic. Kim and Michael and absolutely the best. TDC rates are the lowest we have seen and they always support us when there is an issue.
