Performance tuning, minor or major repairs, and routine maintenance are only a few of the services we offer.
All new Honda products exclude additional fees to include "Freight" and "Dealer Prep" and may include incentives for Honda Card financing, or other manufacturer discounts and rebates. Taxes, tag and title fees and $199 processing fee extra. All new Honda Powersports product require completion of purchase paperwork to be completed in selling dealership.
While there are certainly plenty of motorcycles on the market these days, there's definitely not enough attention on mini motorcycles. After all, not everyone is interested in wrangling a big, bulky bike just to get around town. The bigger the powersports vehicle, the more difficult it can be to maneuver.
Automotive-style automatic transmission with hydraulic torque converter, three forward gears and Reverse. Three drive modes include 2WD, 4WD and 4WD with Differential lock. Justin and the whole team handled my transaction flawlessly and made it just as easy as signing a few pieces of paper. Everything was fully communicated and all questions answered. Tax, title and licensing is all handled on the spot so there really is very little for the buyer to do. Compared to buying a car and that long, drawn out process, this was a breeze!

Enjoyed my shopping experience here. No pressure to buy something I didn't want. No pressure to buy a more expensive 4 wheeler. Told him what I wanted and he delivered. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that I was not told about all the extra charges until it was time to sign the paperwork. I would buy here again for sure.

These guys got me back on the road as we were passing through town a couple of weeks ago. They stepped up and helped out when the other local shops weren't interested. It wasn't a complicated fix, but I was surprised at how much pushback I got from the other shops. I was in a bit of a bind, and the guys at Timbrook didn't even hesitate - they just invited me in. They're good people. I can't thank them enough, but I hopefully tipped the mechanic well enough. If I were local to them, I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I’ve been searching for a CRF 110 for my 8 year old. No dealers around me had them in stock. One dealer wanted a 500 dollar deposit with no guarantee of when the next one was arriving. Another never called me back and I left several messages phone and web. Jordan reached out to me when I contacted the dealership about the one in stock. 2 hour drive was worth it. Staff worked together to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend them.

I just purchased a new/old stock Honda from Timbrook. I was looking for a particular Honda online and they had three. When I first made an offer I didn't hear back from them. With Covid and the holidays and me being out of their state, I wasn't too surprised. Jimmy called last week and we made a deal over the phone. He got me a great price on the three year old but brand new bike I wanted. I flew out to IAD, rented a car I could turn in at Cumberlund a mile from their dealership and drove the bike home. Service guy has terrible customer service, barely gave me the time of day. Quoted me 350$ for one rear tire, that is ridiculous. Said it would be over 400$ all said and done.....to put one tire on.
Tires for my bike start at 66$ online.
The mechanic who wandered in and saw me waiting was more professional and more pleasant.
I will be taking my bike elsewhere.

Took my honda foreman in for the first 100 mile service, right before hunting season when everyone was getting service work done, but not only did they finish it ahead of schedule, the final charge was less than the initial quote. This was my second visit to the dealership and it was as positive as the first when I was just there to buy some parts. Glad these guys opened up in Northern VA...

The staff contacted me to make things right and to keep their promise, they made room to fix the problem I was having with my 02 VTX and within an hour I was back on the road with a new set of working LED lights and now I'm happy.

I went into this "powerhouse dealer" today, to try and obtain a price for CRF250l ABS, which was listed in stock on their website, but not really there (another store 1.5 hrs away). Almost like false advertising, anyway, I just wanted to know the bottom line price, and did they include the current incentives listed on Honda's website. They would not provide a price unless I committed to purchasing that day. I thought this to be completely ridiculous and walked out. I find it very hard to believe prices can not be provided, management/owner must understand some people like to shop
