We hired Marcel to increase ventilation and reinforce insulation on our ductwork in the attic, as well as clean up the crawl space (patch the ductwork and replace the vapor barrier), and a few other odds/ends. Marcel and his team (Luke and Jordan) were professional, respectful and thorough. The work took a little longer than expected due to a few snags they encountered, but they addressed and completed the all the work to my satisfaction in all aspects. With all of the recent snow melt and non stop rain, we were left with a flooded crawl space and sump pump failure. We called Hausmeister for help and Marcel was able to get to us right away to replace our pump, averting futher water damage. We were extremely happy with his communication, and his pride in his workmanship. Marcel knows his stuff! We will be using Hausmeister for further crawlspace work.
