Services
24-hour access to Laurencin Personal Physicians by phone or through the patient portal. All members of the practice will be able to access their primary care doctor day or night, 7 days a week. During office hours from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM on weekdays, our dedicated office staff will direct your call.
There are times when students living away from home need ongoing health care from a local physician who knows them and who they can call for health guidance and continued medical care. Our College Student Program offers confidential, ongoing health care to those living outside the area through phone and video conferencing.
In addition to our medical services, Laurencin Personal Physicians provide guidance: helping patients and their families anticipate the physical, mental, and psychosocial changes that may occur. We care for our patients in a variety of settings - in the office, in their homes including assisted living facilities and nursing homes, and in the hospital.
Dr. Laurencin is a board-certified family physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in the Santa Cruz area She has won numerous awards for her competent and compassionate care including Best Physician in Santa Cruz County seven times.
Born in Pennsylvania, Dr. Laurencin received her B.A. in Religious Studies at Brown University, her M.D. and Masters in Public Health at Boston University, and her residency training at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).She subsequently completed a research fellowship in chronic disease with an emphasis on diabetes and depression, and is an Associate Clinical Professor at UCSF.

The annual membership fee is $3900 payable in full, quarterly, or monthly after an initial three - month payment. Included in the fee is an annual nutrition assessment by a licensed nutritionist and an annual fitness evaluation by an exercise physiologist.
