Loveland Excavating and Paving, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Matthew J. Brennan with the goal of providing reliable site development services at a competitive price. By developing lasting relationships with our clients, we have enjoyed tremendous success over the past 25 years. We are proud that more than 80% of our business comes from repeat customers.
From the beginning, the reason for our success has been our exceptional people. Our field management staff average over 25 years of site development experience. These industry veterans lead an outstanding team of operators and laborers, all of whom treat their job as their craft. Put our team to work on your project and you'll see our pride of workmanship from Project Day 1.

I work closely to the location the business is located and I would suggest passing along the information to the drivers that are responsible for your vehicles that they are publicly advertising your business on the side of the vehicle. It's probably not in your best interest to cut people off or nearly side swipe other vehicles as they're leaving for the evening.
