In 2016 we moved into our new location and opened up a beautiful new bistro. The Ragsdale's were born and raised in Roswell and their son Josh Ragsdale now currently runs the family business. Pecos Flavors Winery first opened its doors as a tasting room in downtown Roswell with a desire to feature New Mexico wines and products.
Host your next event at Pecos Flavors Winery & Bistro. Our Winery Tasting Room and Bistro space can be tailored to accommodate each individual client; whether an intimate seated dinner, elegant wedding reception, corporate outing or wine tasting, Pecos Flavors Winery & Bistro has the perfect space suited to your individual needs.

We went there on a Tuesday evening - July 13th. We had a party of 6 so they sat us in the large room with a huge round table. That was great. But that is pretty much where it stopped. It took forever for our waitress to come and get an order for drinks which then took even longer to get!! And to order food - ridiculous!! I honestly think that after our waitress finally took our order - she forgot to put it into the kitchen. We waited over an HOUR for our food and that was after waiting at least 30 minutes for our drinks and for her to even take our food order. It was a good thing that we didn

Oh me oh my!
Brunch at Pecos was awesome! We had the green chili w bacon quiche and selected a side of chicken salad. We also had Original eggs Benedict. I had tropical tea and Melodie had a mimosa, but w cranberry juice as suggested by our great server. Anyway, both dishes were delicious. Quiche was awesome with a flaky crust, as I like it. The Original Eggs Benedict was to die for. We substituted the Canadian bacon with good old fashion "real" bacon. (sorry Canadians) Not only did the bacon add some deliciousness to it, but it added a texture that allowed you to feel it as you

I used to come here every year, no longer. The culture has changed. You used to be able to come in here and get some suggestions, do a tasting and select a wine to bring home. Now the staff is indifferent to your presence, and a majority of the wines are unable to be sampled in a tasting.
We came in to do a tasting today, the barista barely acknowledged us and the other staff did not even look at us. We said we wanted to do a tasting, I'm not sure the server understood what we wanted. It's on the menu! You can sample 3 wines for $5.
We got 1 and our server ran off to do something

This place had a good lunch. I'd not say 5* but a good solid 4 1/2*. It's not that it isn't good, but for 2 sandwiches a bag of chips and a side of broccoli salad and two cookies it was 30$. No drinks.
We both had the Ruidoso sandwich, turkey bacon avocado tomato and we exchanged the condiment for green chili sweet jelly (DO THIS) and added havarti cheese. It came on toasted bread that seemed possibly homemade. It was very good but the broccoli salad was the bomb, it had raisins, sunflower seeds, red onion in a sweet vinaigrette dressing. For dessert we had salted caramel cookies

Guess I hit them on a bad day. Staff wasn't very friendly and for a sandwich, soup and a drink it was $14.95 and that included a 3% discount for paying with cash. The food was good but not great. I was excited to try them since they were listed on the top 13 sandwich shops in NM. I ordered an ice tea that didn't taste right so I asked about it and was pretty much blown off. I asked for water instead but not offered a refund for the tea. It's all about customer service

Solid, wholesome food. Note that if you're using GPS, this restaurant comes up as "Pecos Flavors Winery & Bistro." There's a bar/winery connected to the deli, and they're separated by a curtain. My girlfriend and I stopped by during a recent road trip to Colorado. I ordered the green chile brisket sandwich with a side of black bean, okra, and sausage soup. The sandwich came with a hefty portion of brisket, and the soup was simple but delicious. Not a big deal, but there were only 2 tiny pieces of sausage in the soup. The soup came with a roll that was somewhat dry and

This place is unbelievably good. We stopped here on a road trip through New Mexico, and it was a welcome change from the endless burger and fry joints. I had the Lincoln turkey sandwich with green chile jelly and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My husband had the green chile brisket, which was also delicious.
They have a salad option (!), and we tried the broccoli salad on the side. They're dressing heavy - you aren't saving any calories - but getting vegetables was such a welcome change. This is the only lunch place you should consider in Roswell. I'd return

Yelp--you never fail me. This place is absolutely awesome. My wife and I were making a quick stop on our way from Albuquerque to Carlsbad and couldn't have been happier that we followed other yelpers' advice and had lunch here. This place hires some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The food was the absolute last thing I expected in Roswell. Chicken salad sandwich was excellent, as was the green chile quiche. Baked goods to die for. This place would succeed in San Francisco, Washington D.C. and just about anywhere else.

The best food in Roswell with a separate vegetarian menu. Get the Santa Fe sandwich and you'll be happy. Don't bother with anywhere else for lunch. Only go here. I will drive back from L.A. just to eat here. Ohhhhh and one of the ladies who works here is hilarious (from San Pedro) and made my day. And the nice lady at the counter who takes your order is sweet. :)

My girlfriend and I discovered this little gem while traveling from Austin to Santa Fe. The staff is very helpful and both our sandwiches were great, made with quality and fresh ingredients. After staring at fast food places for hours on the highway this place felt like finding nirvana.
We even liked the pepper jelly so much that we had a case shipped to us to give out as Christmas gifts.

Loved this place! I have been here many times over the years and was pleasantly surprised to find similar foods being offered over my last visit. I got the best homemade hatch chili quiche with a great summer citrus and avocado salad. Don't even get me started on their delicious desserts!!! I'd really recommend you hit this spot for lunch, but most definitely get there before noon - it's a deceptively busy place that runs out of dishes quickly!

Wow is about it!
The inside dining area is small, but well lit and homey.
On to the food. It expensive and small portions. Sandwiches mostly. You can choose from their selection or build your own. But don't expect to get a whole sandwhich for under $10 oh and a bag of chips is extra as it a drink. From the looks of the other patrons, this is a place where lawyers wives and retirees go to get "noticed" by other lawyers wives and retirees.
The food was good but I left here hungry after paying $18 for a sandwhich, chips and a iced tea.
