Your better off trying to drown a fish or growing your own tail to chase.
Orders take months to arrive and your merchandise is generally damaged during transport. Most recently Ready denied any and all liability for damages done to my car during transport. Over $3000 in damages because the carrier didn't latch the hood after jump starting the car.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!!! I dispatched a car going from Manheim Houston to another city that is 40 miles away, the car was sitting for 3 weeks at Manheim and kept getting the same BS when calling. I am loosing money and they don't have any answer for me. Very bad service, Stay away. I used this company before and they were better but don't know what the hell they are doing lately!!!

I bought 3 cars at Texas Hobby in Houston. We are in Frisco. Granted, that is a 4 hour commute, but Ready Logistics somehow managed to take 19 days and counting!!! As a bonus, they also made ZERO phone calls to keep us updated. Outstandingly HORRIBLE service. Just walk to Houston and pick up your own cars, it would be faster.

I have been in the Auto Industry 30 yrs and have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unresponsive Logistics company. They will absolutely NOT return phone calls. Other than an email saying that your unit is Pending Dispatch, that's all you get. Call in and your Hold Times are 30 minutes to an Hour and then you get a person that can tell you nothing more than what you see on the email. Try to get a supervisor or someone with some authority to talk with you is IMPOSSIBLE. Please, for your own sanity, find another Logistics Company to do business with, there are plenty of them out there, you

Please do not use this service I waited weeks for my vehicle no one had answers or tried to resolve my issues or questions. I had a $50,000 asset lost for weeks. Then the manager told me it's no one's fault. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company this is not the one.

Do not use! I have been waiting for over a week for a car I purchased at Manheim only 20 miles away. I have been lied to every time I have contacted company. I have lost so much time, money and business. I am a small business owner that can't afford such mishaps. I truly believe the car I have purchased is somewhere getting striped for all the good stuff and replaced with bad stuff. ****Attention NEW DEALERS******SCAM ALERT!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I told myself that if this works I will, so here I am. I have never used a long haul transport in MY LIFE let alone it even being MY FIRST TIME buying a auction car, I was directed here from Copart and they actually saved me $600 dollars from the quote Copart wanted me to pay for shipping. I made my order on Tuesday(10/26/21) and paid for it the same day and was able to get through to someone to talk about any questions I had. I had then later that same night decided to read some reviews and honestly when I seen all these one stars my heart sank and I was questioning

I had them set up a car for delivery after a week and no updates I called them to see what was going on. They could not give me answer at all of when it might be picked up. I then canceled the pickup and had someone else pick it up. I was told I would be getting my refund that was near 800 dollar sent back in 48 hours. Many many calls later and going on 2 weeks I still Have not seen my refund. You call and one department has no clue what the other department is doing. Do not use them go the central distpatch and save yourself the head.

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS AN OPTION!! Worst service I could have ever asked for! I was told on 2 different occasions that my car would be picked up and come to find out on both delivery dates they didn’t even touch it yet! ITS BEEN 16 days and the next day they are “supposed to” pick up my car is tomorrow and then it will take another 4 days on top of that. They are the absolute worst service I have come across. They’ve had me on hold for over 30 minutes as of now and I’m still on hold. I would never recommend this company to anybody. And I will do what ever I can to ensure

Horrible! ZERO communication, they take as long as they want, well over a week or more before they ship your vehicles. They do not communicate this information with you. YOU have to call THEM to find out what is going on with your vehicles. Then they try to sell you another service that protects your floor plan days in inventory in the event they take 3 months (verbatim) to ship your vehicles. Good luck getting a hold of a local rep. That will never happen. They are $300 to $400 per vehicle more expensive than the rest of the world and you have no idea when your vehicles will arrive. We were promised
