Services
The practice of Reiki is an original method of healing developed by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui in 1922. Reiki is a healing modality much like acupuncture and cupping, it impacts the energetic systems of the body to promote the body's regenerative self-healing ability. Reiki treats the whole person, body, mind and spirit, to achieve balance and restore optimum health.
In a Reiki session, a trained Japanese Reiki practitioner, that has been attuned to the practice, becomes a channel for concentrated life force energy through his or her hands unto another. The practitioner then works to charge the recipient's energy field with positive energy to help restore a healthy, balanced flow of life energy throughout the body.
The Reiki session lasts a total of 2 hours. Prior, a discussion will usually take place during an initial chat over the phone with Tavia, so the client will know what to expect the day of the session. She will not ask many questions, as she has a very strong guide during her session that guides her to where the session, energy and healing is needed.
Do not expect a diagnosis, as that is not part of Reiki. Some practitioners may make common sense suggestions for after-care, such as drinking water and following your body's needs. Although recipients typically leave a Reiki session feeling refreshed, sometimes they notice feeling more tired in the evening than usual.

A Must!!
If you haven’t tried Reiki with Tavia then you haven’t experienced zen. I struggled to describe my reiki experience to my family and friends. Most of them are as skeptical about energy healing as I had been before lying on the table….that’s the day my life changed. Everything about my life was negative and all i attracted was negativity, my life was spiraling out of control. I didn’t see immediate results but I sure felt it!
Since that first reiki session, I feel it has opened me up to a deeper kind of love, calm and overall sense of well-being and optimism. I obviously still

I loveeeee how Tavia handles every single detail. From booking the appointment and the after session follow up. She is honest and well organized and for me that’s a super plus! It was my first time in a reiki session when I booked my appointment with her and she was clear and answer any questions I might have, what to expect and the results. I went in powerless. Drained from my energy and low on hope. From my first session I felt a resurgence. My first month I've taken it cautiously, believing and having faith I am going to get better. Tavia is such a beautiful human. She truly cares about others and offers a sense of peace and healing that words can’t even help explain. She makes sure you are comfortable and understand the process before you walk in the door, so from that moment you can be relaxed. I went to see her right before my wedding and instead of just sending you on your way, she finds the root and guides you on what to do to understand and feel confident you can continue on your own.
