Our 2012 Tucson had the driver side rear door latch start to malfunction to the point where it wouldn’t close all the way no matter what we did. It was a major safety issue and Hyundai didn’t have any appointments available for at least a month out. We couldn’t wait that long. I called Aram’s and spoke with Aram over the phone last week. Despite being absolutely swamped with appointments, he still took the time to try and help me diagnose the problem over the phone. I put my trust in this shop because of Google Reviews and the fact that they are AAA approved shop. Billy and Sandy were very professional and helpful in communicating. So far no issue with the performance of the vehicle after the brake/transmission fluid exchange. The CV axels were also changed out so I will update on here after a few weeks if I have any issues. If all goes will, I will update it to 5 stars.

I thought I had bought my car with a broken horn because (after having my car for like 4 months) I went to use the horn and it didn’t work! Aram’s was able to figure out it was just disconnected (which in my conspiracy, Own a Car did on purpose, but I digress) so they connected it and only charged my for half an hour of labor. They seemed a bit on the expensive side and no one was wearing a mask, but I’d still recommend them.

I scheduled an oil change at 8AM and it was finished close to 11AM so it was quite the wait for a scheduled appointment. $222.00 for an oil change and cabin/engine air filters, so mildly upsetting. The labor for one of the air filters was $71 and I drive a Toyota Corolla which is a small and relatively easy car to work on. I felt taken advantage of and I wish I asked more questions about what they were doing. Feels Bad Man. :(

Aram’s Auto Repair was extremely professional and informative! They checked out every inch of my car, making sure everything was as it should be. They mentioned some things that would need to happen in the next visit such as tires, which was very helpful so that I can plan ahead. I really appreciated the staff and the detailed inspection of my vehicle. Excellent service and I highly recommend them!!!

My 2016 Toyota Camry was giving me problems when I tried to start it so I took it into Aram's and they charged me $85.20 to diagnose the issue, which I understood, but then I was charged another $85.20 to put the new battery into my car, which, as we all know probably took the guy a total of 5 minutes! Did I mention they charged me a whopping $201.90 for a battery!? Next time, Clovis Toyota, here I come, where I'm sure I can get a much better deal!!

To the point, after fast service and a $2000 bill, I drove home relieved. Unfortunately, aoudi screeching sound-what turned out to be a mechanic error- necessitated a u-turn & more servicing. During the hour wait in which the error was diagnosed and fixed, there was no apology nor updates. No offer to discount.
When the car was ready again, a mild apology.

I had damaged the plastic liner under my front bumper the night before, turning around in a neighbor's steep driveway, we live in the mountains...The next day driving my husband to his chemotherapy the wheel well was rubbing against the right front tire smelling up the inside of the car ...we got out and managed to pop it back in but something was still flapping around... while we were at the appointment ...I saw the great reviews of Arams Auto repair Center and it was near by so we drove right over...Billy greated us and we explained our problem....he pulled it right away and put it on the

Billy and the staff were exemplary with their customer service skill. I love being notified by text/email the details of my car, including pictures of the parts and work being done - cutting edge!
My wife and I love supporting local, so we'll definitely be back...hopefully not anytime SOON ;) but Aram's will be our go-to for any future car needs.

Couldn't wait to leave the parking lot to leave my review. The service was exceptional. I had an issue with my cooling system, and through the whole visit, Billy was very nice. I was a little hesitant about the $65 diagnostic but that comes with a full detailed inspection report with pictures, that way they let you know exactly what is wrong. They will also do an inspection of the vehicle to let you know if you do need anything else, but they aren't pushy. I've never been to an auto repair shop that isn't pushy they just tell you how much it is and expect you to trust them

The cable on the clutch of my tracker detached, which really isn't a big deal because all I have to do is reach underneath and reconnect it by hand. It takes less than thirty seconds to do and it's only a mild inconvenience. But, since that's only a temporary fix, the next time it detached I decided to take it in and see if somebody could fix it for me permanently.
