Although the staff is friendly, the services are not up to par. Payments were made on time and final payment was rendered. However, the company did not report properly to credit bureaus. Now, 2 months after final payment, it’s still hitting my credit as a late payment although it’s paid off. Contacted company and advised them on what was occurring and they said it would be another month for the item to update and reflect correctly on my reports. I’m in the process of purchasing my first home now and this is holding me up. I wouldn’t recommend this company for loan if you plan on keeping
