Nicole and Jen have been an absolute pleasure to work with. My old website was SO old and outdated. It was honestly embarrassing, but I always thought having a professionally done website was exorbitantly expensive and I just couldn't justify spending tons of money on something that didn't NEED to be fixed. All the information was correct on my old website, it just looked like crap... but it got the job done I guess.
So, one day I got a call from Nicole and she spoke with me about their services and explained their pricing. I was blown away to learn that this was super affordable

I should have taken their google rating as a warning! Nicole and Jen wasted over 5 months of my time with fake promise after fake promise. (No finished product or prototype) They only use templates something any amateur can do. When I complained and asked for a refund they basically said “this has happened to them thousands of times that’s why they make you sign a contract” (see the photo of the email) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Perhaps the company should take a better approach to generating new business - than to send a templated letter to people who they haven't put any effort into actually qualifying. The effort they put into the initial outreach - speaks volumes to the type of business they are - and the type of clientele they're preying on. Dishonest and Disappointing.

I have had an excellent experience with this company. I was thinking about revamping my existing website when they e mailed me.I decide to go with them and have been very happy. Both with their ability and desire to help and deliver. Project manager Jen was on top of everything and was alway available when I needed help.
We are designing another website at present and I always know the cost up front for the drive out price.
Happy to recommend.

On point media has been wonderful to work with! They are very accessible to their clients, and take the time to make sure things are done right. They designed a beautiful website for my company, and have been very helpful to all new staff members who need to access our marketing tools. We will continue to use OnPoint for all of our web-design and marketing needs.

I totally agree with Anthony. Also had a lousy experience with Onpoint and would never recommend them to anyone. Paid $2500.00 for a website that had nothing but problems from the launch and required more money to fix since they supposedly did what was required in putting the site together. What a joke! I've since gone with another and have had no problems. This is not to mention it taking 6 months to launch it!

I get a lot of emails from this company. They tell me my web site is not good, but it serves my purpose very well. I have asked them seven times to stop sending. Not interested in doing business with them.
I'm still getting spam mailings from them a few months later. Make it seven times now I've asked them to desist.
Too bad we can't give zero stars. Today I asked them to desist for a seventh time. Why would I want to do business with a company that doesn't get it?
Lots of luck if you do business with this pest.
When you read my ONE star, please think ZERO stars.

I did a small project with them that was helpful. I paid them and understood the work to be done. Somehow, I got put into a monthly charge with them that I didn't approve and I cant get out. I have contacted them several times over the last 6 months to stop the charge and tey have not returned my call. Luckily my CC company is holding the payments because of my dispute.

This company wrote to me about my Son, Alex Sterling's memorial website. Alex died at age 22. They talked about the website's lack of marketing and how they would create better customer experience. Wow what a scam. This hurt me a lot. Not a company that anyone should do business with.
Here is the message I received about the Alex Sterling Memorial website:
To Whom It May Concern,

First the company contacted me via cold emailing me with a slightly arrogant email saying my website was bad. So I bit and listened to the sales pitch. I fell for it. I thought I could use a makeover anyways and what the perfect opportunity. The company put little work into the website and cried foul when I provided too much information to let them "design" a site. Started getting bullied by the project manager, which lead to an unfinished website and out a couple thousand dollars. I began to receive harassing phone calls and snarky emails from them. Ended up filing a police report for

I was approached by them via email to do a website "review". The person who reviewed my website did a long speel about how my website was deplorable, and never stopped to ask me any questions about the type of customers that I get--just assumed that I got no-one from the web (which is not true), and went on to say that most people do not want to learn about my services or learn about what I do . However, the people that find me on the web give me lots of positive feedback about my website.
Obviously, he does not know how to interact with people, so within 10 minutes, I told him I

I didn't wind up working with this firm as they pulled a "bait and switch" on me, suggesting that I would be talking to the owner for some ideas and then being contacted by someone else, who didn't wind up calling - a third person did. When I told that person that I didn't like the way they handled me and was therefore not interested in talking to them here is the insulting, unprofessional email I got:
"Sorry Jim,
I dont listen to negative people.
If you want to vent do it somewhere else.
If you want to get serious about your embarrassing website change you attitude

Great company to work with. They really spell everything out for you right in the beginning so you know the process, and they keep you in the loop during everything so you're never worrying about what's going on. If you have any questions, they're super easy to get in touch with. Everyone I've delt with personally has been a pleasure. Will definitely use Onpoint for future projects!

Generic morons keep sending me the same emails over and over! Nobody asked you to "evaluate" (slam) my website. Once I replied a bit fresh, twice I asked to be removed from their list, 3 times is all out war! What kind of a business needs to poach other people's clients so badly that they have a standard letter to try to tell you what's being done wrong on your website, in their opinion? Maybe you should try to find your own clients instead of going about it in such a disrespectful way! Who would ever pay you for anything?
