This was the second time we have used Chad and IRoof and we will always be loyal customers.
Chad is honest, professional, and reliable. He doesn’t try to oversell you or force anything, and he and his crew are prompt, thorough, and very efficient. Chad communicates so well that I rarely have a question, but if something happens to come up, he is extremely quick to answer.
We were selling our home and under a deadline, and Chad made sure we were taken care of at the earliest opportunity after the ice storm without putting the quality of the roof in jeopardy. We’ve already got him booked to

I’ve been very impressed and pleased with the service and quality of work done by IRoofs. A rep came to my home the evening of the damage and the owner came back the next day to protect the damage with tarping. Then he returned to be here when the insurance adjuster came. Communication was excellent and the work crew was fast and thorough. I feel like I got a quality roof with the appropriate number of nails per shingle and they cleaned up the site when they were finished. If I ever have roof problems again I will call Brad or Chad at IRoofs.

We could not have had a better experience! Firstly we love to deal with local companies & iRoofs did not disappoint. From the time our neighbors recommended them to the quote, to their response time on completing paperwork for our insurance company, they were amazing!! Our mortgage company made them jump through the craziest hoops - from submitting a form 3 times because the mortgage company kept changing the requirements to the runaround they gave poor Chad in cutting the payment check, Chad was super understanding, quickly responsive, and beyond patient.

Had to reach out to IRoofs for some additional insurance documents
and Daniel quickly found what I needed and emailed them to me.
We have had our roof on for about 4 months now without any issues.
Customer service is their top priority and if in need for a new roof I would consider contacting iRoofs.

There's a lot of companies that can repair / replace your roof, but no one does it better than IRoofs. Not only was their price very good but they kept every commitment they made on start date, time to complete, quality, and dependability. Our roof replacement was an insurance claim and we found ourselves regularly frustrated by our mortgage company's processing of our check. Chad and IRoofs were amazing in how they never complained about sending in documentation, whether it was a new requirement each day or a change to a form they'd already submitted, IRoofs quickly completed and
