The kind gentleman that came and measured my backyard was beyond professional and knowledgable.
However... the administrative personnel can't seem to care any less about my business and are highly unresponsive. Very disappointed as now I am having another company measure the yard and they will more than likely receive my business as well.
Maybe it was a bad day (each time I reached out)... Perhaps others will have better luck with these people!

If you are looking for a quality company, at an affordable rate, then look no further. West Georgia Fence was absolutely amazing to work with. They communicated so well, and are just the sweetest! They provided us with an amazing fence,within the price range we needed, in a timely manner. The crew worked hard, had our pool fence up in a few hours, and left no traces of ever being here other than than the badly needed fence. We will be return customers for sure!

Still having trouble with fence gate post. Had first post replaced at my expense because it was bending and twisting, well the second post is basically doing the same thing. I will let West Georgia know on Monday about having this looked into. Not planning on paying for another post doing the very same thing as the first one. This is my second fence with West Georgia and there was never a problem with my first fence with them. Looking forward to getting this situation taken care of.

I was greeted by the gentlemen who came to quote the installation with a folder of the services they offer and a copy of their insurance. Fantastic First Impression. I made a slight change to the initial request while I was waiting for my schedule date to come up and it was as simple as sending an email. The actual day of installation was great. They showed up early, worked hard the whole time, cleaned up after themselves and left me with nothing but a fenced in back yard. They were FAST, polite and communicated what they were doing well. I got exactly as I expected. I AM A FAN! I highly recommend
