I just purchased a property that I was leasing and the dumpster provider is Diversfield. Over the last three months trash was not dumped four times, because of truck issues. They are not reliable and the owner does not seam to follow through on what he says. But I believe the main problem is Shanda not being truthful and older trucks that can not keep on the road. I can not recommend them.

Used Diversified for regular trash pick up at a rural address. The service is very inconsistent and the drivers will throw the trash cans around on your driveway. Customer service is just OK in my opinion. There are better providers available in the amarillo area and suggest that you look for those providers. I have switched and regret using them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Every few months I have to call to get my dumpster dumped, every time they asked to provide evidence that they have not dumped it. So I send picks of the dumpster full so they send out a guy to pick a few bags up and call it good and leave the rest. Can't wait for this contract to be over to get a new waste management company. The only reason I left two stars and not one is because the lady's I've talked to on the phone were nice.

Where I used to live, most garbage services are closed on New Year’s Day, so I called Diversified this morning to see if they were closed tomorrow (my standard pick up day) and to find out about alternate pick up info if they were closed (my dumpster is full of post Christmas trash and NEEDS picked up). I received a call later and was basically… told that my account was being closed down and they were going to come out and take the dumpster back. Apparently, Diversified reserves the right to cancel your account for you if call too many times and complain about silly things like frequent

We have been working on a project downtown and have been using diversified for the roll off dumpsters. On my last statement I asked diversified management for the weight slips because one of the loads wasn’t correct and wanted them to look into it. Instead they never sent me the slips and ran my credit card without my authorization. I’ve tried calling and txting management and have not received any communication back. Im would absolutely not recommend this company!
