the highest quilting of customer service. They were punctual, gave an up front accurate fair price. The service is smooth and straightforward. This is the second time I have used 911 hauling and highly recommended them. Having to empty an entire house I was feeling overwhelmed. Thank you Arty For coming so quickly to clear away all of the things that nobody wanted on the curbside. We had to move out of our house very quickly, and Hauling 911 came with only a few days notice. This is my second time using Hauling 911. The first was for hot tub removal in a difficult spot (built into my deck on a steep hill). This time it was just for junk removal from my storage space. Again, they were right on time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any hauling needs.

I couldn’t get to my difficult, high up outside attic entrance. Didn’t know who to get to help me. A friend suggested attic clean out services which I didn’t know about. Great idea! They were very responsive and responsible. They did a great job, no problems or breakage! I would definitely use them again. And I highly recommend them. Hauling 911 came to my house in San Anselmo today and took away a big truck full of accumulated household junk and clutter/cardboard/old furniture/etc. that had piled up over the last 6-12 months. Everyone was friendly, professional, and COVID safe (the crew wore masks and gloves.) I was invoiced digitally while they did the job and it was super simple to pay with my credit card. Thank you so much for making our garage clean out so painless and easy! Would happily hire y'all again when we need our next cleanup.

Arty is a consummate professional. We needed an old barbecue pit removed and within 5 minutes I had a quote and within 45 minutes it was gone. Arty answered the phone on the first ring, he was a gentleman, showed up with a brand new dump truck, a pair of gloves and bingo! It was gone.
We had a few laughs and talked about cooking steaks etc and he was off to his next job. If you're in Marin County and want a no-hassle junk hauler, call the PROS at 911 Hauling. You won't be disappointed.

Arty is very responsive, respectful and professional. His crew is extremely helpful. Not only did they remove the remodeling trash, they were very careful doing so due to the newly painted walls and ceiling. They are respectful and courteous.
Side note: It would help if you take a photo of the debris and text to Arty for estimate. My quote doubled because the photo that I sent didn't capture the entire cleanup but that was my fault.

A quick and easy experience. I called at 9am on a Monday and Art was here with his crew within an hour and I had progress reports via text while he was on his way.
Totally professional and I presume reasonable (I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping).

I contacted Arty on yelp from work mid day and he responded right away, was waiting at my home when I arrived and removed a Garage full of items in under an hour! His rates were reasonable and what a relief to get rid of unwanted items so easily. He even threw in a neighbors item for free
