I called in April to have a can am which is under warranty to get fixed . I was given I believe June 4th as a date to bring it in . I’m extremely disappointed that a can am under warranty I have to wait two months till some even looks at it . This review is probably more about can am then Motorsports nation but if motor sports nation is going to do the warranty work , then they should hire more people instead of having customers wait two months for a repair . If you can sell a bike in a day you should be able to fix one in an expedient manner

I have gone into the store twice in the last year wanting to buy a bike. I pulled the bike out, sat on it, checked it out, put my wife on the back. There were 3 sales people sitting at their desks and not one person came to assist. Both times I went to their competition and bought a bike that day. If they wont assist during the sale, they will surely leave you hanging when you need service. For their families sake I hope they dont work on commission.

I have had nothing but a perfect experience with Scott and his guys. I have purchased over 50 machines in the past 20 years from him. From the cheapest on the lot to some of the most expensive, every time i was treated the same way. I have no complaints and recommend many people to their establishment. All of my friends use them and always throw my name out because of how i rave about them. They have even delivered many of my machines and never charge extra even tho i live over an hour away. I'm in the market for a car racing helmet so I call Motorsports nation to see if they carry them. The gent who answered the phone said no and was unsure where in the state might carry them but patched me through to the parts dept which is more than the 6 other places I called did. Apparently a ss-2015/2020 helmet is unobtanium. The parts guy was super cool and didn't have any or carry them but was willing to order one for me if I knew which one I wanted. Kick a$$ but I said no because I need to try them on for fitment. If I don't like it, I don't want them getting stuck with

They had a harley sport glide ad on Cycletrader with 113 miles so I drove 149 miles to buy it. When i got there Kevin showed me the bike sitting outside and it looked fine. While doing the paper work Kevin said he made a mistake and the bike really had 244 miles on it. I bought it anyway, I never checked the odometer and took his word for it.(BIG MISTAKE)
When I got it home I checked and it really had 1175 miles on it. In my opinion this drops the value of the bike by at least $1,000.

My wife and I went into the store in a Tuesday when Scott was working alone. He did not short change us at all. He took the time to show us different machines that he thought would work for us on the property that we just purchased. I run a car dealership, so i know how important these reviews are. How can there be any negative reviews of this establishment?? This is my second machine purchased from Kevin and Scott at Motorsports Nation Waterford. I was quoted a trade in value over the phone about two weeks prior to showing up. Unfortunately I never got his name but he quoted me 1k over trade in value for my machine. After hanging up I thought wow that’s great! When I got up their and told Scott and Kevin the price they were a little taken back over the trade in quote as they had no clue who gave it to me. STAY FAR AWAY !! I had a second experience with this company that completely blew me out of the water ! My fiancé is a diesel mechanic first and foremost he has been riding since he was a child, we bought a quad for our son, we had to have them pick it up due to some issues it was having it would not stay running. They picked it up and a week later I got a call saying it was ready. When we heard how much it was going to be we were confused we had a warranty. We never even received a call to speak about what damage was done and what was fixed.

I bought a new Polaris RZR RS1on 5/2/19 from here and I have to say that it was the very best dealership that I have ever dealt with. They gave me the best trade in for my old machine and reduced the price of the new machine. Bob was the salesman who I dealt with, he wasn't pushing me to buy and was very helpful about the spec's of the RS1. Scott is the owner and is a very hands on type of person. Motorsports Nation Waterford is a total rip off! I purchased a 2004 Kawasaki ZZR 600 privately and was referred by a friend to bring the bike to the shop. So that's what I did! The bike hasn't ran in three years. I called them and made arrangements for them to come pick the bike. I told them to go over the bike and let me know what It needed and how much it was going to cost me to get the bike road ready before they did any work on the bike!
2 days after they pick the bike up I got a call from the service department! Marcus explain to me what the bike needs and how much it was going

I would rate 0. Brought my bike there to have the chain and sprocket changed. Picked it up and half the tire was burned off it. I went to jump on the highway and my clutch was blown out and I almost got hit. Took it back and they said "oh you have no free play in your clutch duh... everyone knows you dial free play out to do burnouts... avoid doing business with them at all costs.

I purchased a Husqvarna FE 450 Enduro in the early summer of this year. I went all the way the Waterford CT FROM NYC a couple of times, I was never accommodated to make my commute easier. This was my first time purchasing a Husqvarna motorcycle, and there are very little on the road here in the U.S. Hence, I had very little knowledge on maintenance and normal operations for this bike. I was expecting this dealer to brief me on the basics considering they are an authorized dealer.

Was feeling depressed because I had just visited a Suzuki dealership near my home and was given a crazy high "out the door " price for a 2017 Hayabusa. Was early in the day so I convinced my wife to take a ride to Waterford and see if they had any used inventory that would be interesting to me. I knew it was a giant place from delivering there one time for work. Go inside and see they had same 'Busa for thousands less!! Long story short, they hooked me up with a helmet and gloves and an hour later I'm cruising south on 95 on a brand new Hayabusa!! Ty guys

I'm not one for writing bad reviews, but I will never deal with this place again. I'm looking to purchase a motorcycle and had visited once (I live an hour and half away) to see one I was interested in. While there I talked with a salesperson named Bryan. He was polite enough at first but very uninterested once I started asking about adding accessories to the bike so that it was all set for delivery if I purchased it. The only reason I went down that path was because they offer a lifetime discount on parts of you buy a bike from them. We had a couple emails back and forth and it ended

I've bought one bike here and we're planning on buying our next here soon. I've check the used prices, and quoted trade in values against KBB and they're extremely fair. I know one reviewer recommended another place but I'm a lot more comfortable here. The "other place's" maintenance staff tried a couple of scam tactics on me a few years ago and I've never been back.
Again, really like their staff - low pressure, fair pricing, and a good selection.

Sales staff in 'wife beaters' to bad mouthed service staff, and a general smell of old oil everywhere. Not my idea of where I want to spend my money. If you want dirt bikes and 'rice rockets', I'm sure it is great place, but not the most professional place to shop. I'll stick with New England cycle works I think
