Handling and disposition of Loss and Damage Claims and Processing Salvage is governed by 49 CFR 370.

As a carrier in the transportation industry (ranger transport llc )we deal with alot of shady brokers .BUT I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OVERDRIVE LOGISTICS.
excellant company to do business with very professional and do what they say they are going to do.other brokers could learn alot from overdrive. I would haul for them anytime and go the extra mile ,because I know they will go the extra mile for us.
