Services
Powder coating is a popular method for covering the majority of metal products. It is a decorative coating that is electrostatically applied to a surface as a finely ground powder then heated at between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius (metal temperature) so that it flows and creates a consistent covering across the entire surface.
Powder Coating Plus, LLC can customize any racks or fixtures necessary to paint or process parts specific to your company's needs. We can eliminate the middle man by engineering and manufacturing customized racking or fixtures in house, which will do away with those outside fabrication, shipping and handling costs and minimize the cost for your company's initial start-up with Powder Coating Plus.
