I had an immdeate need for a policy change to take to a new job by Monday and I contacted Jacob at Just Insurance on a Friday and two days later, he had my new policy and a special document requirement all signed and ready to go. I've used this insurance company for years and they've never let me down! We have a fair amount of business through them between personal and business. I have been with Jacob and the crew over at Just Insurance Services for at least 10 years now. In the beginning, I was all about getting the best price for my auto and home insurance. Then about 7 years ago, my car broke down and had to go back to the dealer. The dealer gave me a loaner car. I took the loaner car home and when I got up the next morning, the loaner car had a cracked windshield. Like, a huge crack! No idea what happened. I didn't drive it anywhere else but home. I called the dealer and told them. They told me it was my problem and to get it fixed. I was freaking. I

Jacob and Danielle both assisted me with finding new auto insurance for my family. We added our 16 year old to our Liberty Mutual policy and it went up $500 a month. A MONTH! I looked on line for a company like Just Insurance that could look at different insurance options for me. I now pay less for my family of 4 than I did before adding my daughter. And I did basically nothing to assist other than providing a few details. I am blown away and highly recommend.

I have owned many cars and have worked with dozens of insurance agents over the years. In general I hate dealing with insurance, but a while ago I found Just Insurance Services through a friend. They have been my agency ever since!
Just Insurance has made the complicated insurance process so easy for me. They work with pretty much all the carriers, and every year they shop for a better deal for all my cars and my house etc. And if I have questions I'm not stuck on an 800#! I love them and wholeheartedly recommend them all the time.

This is the worst service I have received. I called to request a quote and spoke to Danielle 2-3 weeks ago providing all the details over the phone that was needed. I spoke to Danielle who keeps telling me that 'we will have quote for you by EOD today'. To this date I still haven't heard back for my quote or estimate to allow me to make a decision on which insurance to get. I know I'm not choosing this company and dealing with them for sure. Worse Customer Service! Don't Recommend It.

Jacob could not be a more responsive, hard working agent. We had to wrestle a giant insurance carrier and the bungling of their not so well oiled machine. This was a policy we really liked, was written long ago, and a group discount had been advertised in a mailer. Any description I'd give here of what it took to get the discount would be beyond belief, but Jacob wrangled it all the way, It took him months and lots of work, and he even had lower cost options ready for us.
