King Quality Construction is the BEST! We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for a new roof. The woman on the phone was very nice. The day of the appointment Jason called us a half hour before he was scheduled to come to let us know he was on his way. I am very happy with the overall experience and finished product. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the siding and how it would look on my house. From the salesman Phil to the project manager Anna and the crew who made everything come together. I couldn't be more pleased. Another wonderful benefit besides the beauty of the siding, is my house is better insulated now. My oil burner is not turning on as much.

My husband and I had the best consultation with Phil and turn around was quick and simple. Appointment on Saturday new roof and gutters On Tuesday and Wednesday. Professionals in the every way possible. Follow up phone call was amazing. We definitely be doing more business with this company and referrals.

We decided on King Quality for siding and some windows in part because of all the positive reviews we were seeing but the experience has not been as positive as we had hoped. Everything started out as you would expect with the initial rip of the old siding. Very messy but that is to be expected and the crew did a decent job of cleaning up after each day. Issue starts when I realize that they had removed almost every window screen, even on windows they were not replacing. Once we noticed and asked for the screens back, no one know where they were. We had King Quality do our home back in November, both siding and a new roof as well as roof repair. I cannot say enough good things about the roofers, they were super fast, clean, and they left zero mess behind. It was like we didn't even have anything done at all! The neighbors could not believe how beautiful this house built in 1923 now looks, with the new siding and window trim.
I can not now or ever exspress just how pleased we are with King Quality and its professional curtious staff.

We hired King Quality to install our replacement windows. John Oster and his crew were excellent from start to finish of the job. They were on time and extremely professional. They installed seven (7) windows and they were finished in less than one (1) day. The windows are Top Quality and very efficient. We were extremely satisfied with the Quality, Efficiency and Speed of the work done. We would most definitely use King Quality again for any work in the future.

While we're happy with how beautiful our home looks and how quickly the job was finished, I couldn't give a 5-star rating due to an issue King Quality has failed to remedy after several contacts. A gap was left around our garage doors when the trim was removed, wrapped and re-attached. It seems like such a small repair to ignore and risk losing a customer for future work.

I recently had a roof put on my home by King Quality Construction. I cannot say enough good things about the people I came in contact with, both the sales people and the construction workers. The were professional and willing to answer any questions. The work was done in a timely manner and the cleanup was perfect.
