Last May I had Acute title do the Title work and closing on my home which was a HUGE mistake. They are horrible. They where Liens on the property I was purchasing and they pushed threw them with the mortgage company like they wasn’t their. They never did get the lien releasing for the property. At the time i didn’t know til about 6 months later when I was refinancing. I have now been waiting 8 months to get a lien release for my property. They did nothing to help get it resolved. Would never return my phone calls or emails. They did not even offer title insurance!! Highly recommend using a

I am trying to resolve a issue with a incorrect closing statement and a incorrect 1099 that was issued and received absolutely no help or ideas on how to resolve this problem. I have requested to speak to the owner of this company so we will see. I have however contacted other legal help to get this resolved.
