Her professional career began, when after graduating Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego, she founded VBF Enterprises, a furniture sourcing and procurement company, outfitting properties often in excess of 200 rooms. While running her Company, Bernadette pursued her love of real estate, serving as Chairman of the Board for a privately held corporation invested in commercial real estate.

It can be an all-out redo that brings in new furnishings for the entire home or a "spruce" which repositions the existing furniture, removes any clutter and personal touches, or a combination of all. Sometimes a property needs a little assistance selling. When a residence is empty or cluttered, a prospective buyer can become confused, leaving them uninspired.
Whether staying in place, downsizing to a smaller home, renovating a model unit, rental property or preparing a home sale, we just love to rearrange existing furnishings, often in unexpected ways, to give a space a new narrative.
