I have had several procedures performed by Dr Seid and Dr Zatcoff and they have been overwhelming positive experiences. The doctors have a very calming persona and can always make you smile.
All procedures were were explained fully and I was able to address all of my questions and concerns . Pain level was always addressed appropriately. The office staff is both professional and courteous from the front desk to all the assistants and hygienists.
The office is very clean , up to date and adheres to strict COVID precautions.

I was referred to this office by my regular dentist. Due to many years of neglect and health issues my teeth are in terrible condition. I was given an emergency consultation with Dr. Seid today and he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He sat with me explained in full detail what I needed and how much everything would cost me out of pocket. Due to the current financial crisis we are all dealing with I am not in the best of places with money. Dr Seid had no hesitation on giving me an incredible discount and a payment plan that worked for me. Dr Seid and his staff are all really just outstanding

Got the referral from my dental insurance company Seledent. Made an appointment as I had an old bridge that was loose and knew my gums were all sorts of messed up. Since this is the time of Covid, I wasn't sure how this was gonna work. I had my initial appointment and met Dr. Seid, his staff is friendly and Stephanie is really sweet, Dr. Seid made me laugh and was warm and professional. There aren’t enough words to express the awesomeness of this office from Dr. Seid to the entire staff!!!!! They all truly care!!!! I’m here in New York from North Carolina as visiting my cousin and other families when I developed dental discomfort. My insurance send me a list of participating dentist, as usual I google all the reviews and noted Dr. Seid had good comments. He is professional as well extremely caring, patient and honest!!!! As for his work he’s really good- actually great!!!! All I can say is that I wish I could clone him and take him and the staff back home with me!!!! You

Dr Zatcoff's bedside manor was a breath of fresh air. He kept me informed of every step of the procedure, knowing what to expect throughout each phase of getting my tooth pulled. The technician assistant was well versed in advising the best course of action regarding a socket preserving graft to facilitate a higher probability of a successful implant in the future as was the office staff. Dr. Seid is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He makes sure your appointment is the most efficient and painless (as much as he can) it can be. He’s extremely nice and makes you feel relaxed. He really makes sure you are cared for as a patient and delivers quality work every time so you don’t have back in the future because something cracked or didn’t hold up like it was supposed to do. My husband suggested I use Dr. Seid after he had an incredible experience. I wound up needing a significant amount of dental work done myself. Dr. Seid and his team have been professional, warm, efficient and very kind in dealing with my dental phobia, not to mention how happy I have been with my results.
