This motel is not worth the money you have to pay the toilet was so nasty it looked it had mold on the inside and it was infested with bed bugs we told the manager about it and he said that it wasn't bed bugs and didn't do anything about it.

It's a reasonable rate per night. They have a weekly rate. And allow pets. You have to pay a daily pet deposit. I would call for pricing. Pretty clean considering it's an older building. It's quite, and there is a nice field for pets to play. Located next to stores, can easily navigate back and forth from motel. Good cable with more than basic channels. Has wifi. respectful staff.

Just had to write this I got bitten by either lice or micro bugs when sleeping. I did report to management and hopefully they will correct this issue in that rooms

Had a wonderful experience and especially appreciated the friendly and hospitable owner and staff. Our girls loved the pool and friendly cats. Clean, nice breakfast offerings, and very affordable. Thank you, Tim and Baxter Park Inn staff!

Just a little get away to relax. Bad choice. The first night was bitten by so many bed bugs, I'm still trying to get healed up over them. I did manage to kill four and turn them into the office. Stay there for 2 days and had your request towels and wash clothes to be replaced. The second night I slept in a chair with a pillow on the serving table. I did manage to doze off for one or two hours the whole night. It was the worst place I ever stayed in my life.
The only good thing I can say about Baxter Inn 4 Less is that it is easy to find and they have great parking. But who goes to a motel for

On historic Route 66, Baxter Inn is a convenient stop to rest and recharge. Well maintained, clean rooms with comfy beds, good price and friendly staff. Only issue was a slight musty smell that seemed to come from the air conditioner.

Stayed there the past two nights. It was everything expected except the bed was very, very comfortable, the free internet access was very good and the pillows were great. Was it perfect, no. Was it the only hotel in town, yes. Would I stay here again, yes. It is not a Hampton Inn which I like, but it was $80 less and closer to the funeral(across the street).

It's a fair priced, reliable motel with modest facility.

Absolutely loved the inn. Traveled with husband and 3 children and we stayed in the triple bed suite and all 3 kids had their own beds with the pull out couch and we had a bed to ourselves. Staff at the desk was great, friendly and super helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, proprietor very friendly and accommodating. Coffee needs to be stronger! Good place to lay your head for the night. We would stay here again.

Being the only Hotel in a small town they really corner the market. The room is a room. The shower is hot. The TV is small. The WiFi is Free. Get the password at the front desk. Overall it filled the need but it is not an amazing place. But then what do you expect from a small town hotel? I think we would stay here again if needed.
