General Purpose Cleaner is a blend of ingredients formulated to provide a low-foaming detergent for safe removal of dirt and grime off a broad range of surfaces. It is formulated to pass through a pressure washer without damaging the high-pressure pump. It is also effective in cleaning machinery, equipment, cars, RVs, and trucks.
Most pumps we sell should have their oil changed after a 50 hour break-in and every 500 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first. Be advised, some pumps have a lifetime oil and won't need replacing during the service life of the pump. As always, it's best to consult your owners manual, but most engines suggest changing engine oil after a break-in of 5-20 hours and every 100 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first.

A place that maybe a bit challenging to locate,, but a definite 5 star find! Noel ,is the in-house customer service /equipment coordinator. He is your 1st contact with Dalco here. In speaking with Noel about my repair dilema... his cordial, honest professionalism made me confident to drop our washer. As it turned out,, Repaired earlier than anticipated ,& very fairly estimated...(New pump) ! Actually completed beyond my expectations !.I will recommend Dalco Mt Vernon- Noel every time . They are now, our go to Washer professionals. Thank you again. Regards, Bob n Deb k

This place is great. JUSTIN seems extremely knowledgeable and has always been quick to diagnose and generally rectify any issues I've had with my equipment. Rather a leak, a surface cleaner, unloader or pump he jumps right into it to get me back to work.

I visited the Mount Vernon store to purchase a piece of equipment. I have never been treated so rudely by any company representative. I must post one star in order to publish a comment. Otherwise they would receive none. I will not return to that store or any of this company's stores. I refuse to support any company that employs people displaying an attitude this foul.

Nathan was very easy to work with and professional. This shop is awesome. I have purchased 4 pressure washers including a hot water truck mounted unit. I've been working with them over 5 years and I'm proud to refer them and use them as my go to

They are super nice and helpful. I have been trying to figure out if it is worth it to fix my pressure washer and they walked me through all of the options with no pressure. I just wanted to say, "thank you." Also, another small engine repair shop Woodinville Saw recommended them to me saying they are the best at fixing pressure washers.

Outstanding customer service. Our pull cord broke on a job. Sid said to bring it right in and Ryan fixed it on the spot. Also replaced a rusty quick connect fitting on it. American Home Painting will definitely use them again.

Stupidly, I bought a pressure washer from Amazon and it arrived with a broken pump. I called the manufacturer because it was under warranty and they send me to Dalco. Unfortunately, they no longer worked with this brand's warranty and were unable to help me but were very helpful and professional. I had to ultimately send it back to the manufacturer and was so stressed out about "draining the fluids" I don't even know what that means, I just wanted to pressure wash something so I could stain it. Thankfully, they were able to help me with that, get it back in the box and on

I've updating this review to add a star. My past several experiences here have been much better than in the past. It turns out they fired the guy who double-charged me. Ryan does a very good job with customers and in running the shop. Prices are still competitive. I still use Ben's for most of my machines, but have started sending our north end techs up here for routine maintenance and parts.

Had a couple of year old Karcher pressure washer (from Costco). Great Honda motor, but of course, a cheap pump. Took it to Dalco, excellent expertise, stellar customer service. Ended up replacing the pump, but they took the time to review everything with me, taught me more about care, maintenance, operations, expectations, etc. I ended up getting a lot better washer gun/wand which will ease my back pain (from the current wand). Their prices were fair, they did not exceed their estimate, they kept me posted. Really appreciate the job they did and will continue to use them going forward

Its too bad that Dalco doesn't have more good reviews...I bought a Karcher Pressure Washer from Amazon.com and have been having multiple problems with it not functioning as promised. I brought it into the guys at Dalco and they were both VERY helpful in helping me try to work this out with Karcher. I will happily give these guys more business when I can!

I got a practically new KARCHER pressure washer for free off Craigslist. It just had no force when I squeezed the nozzle. I found this place accidentally on my old FedEx route when I worked there. Took it in and 90 later It's like I have a brand new pressure washer (because I do)!

This was a couple years ago but I wanted to give a shout out because many people haven't heard about them!

I brought our pump to Dalco to have it rebuilt based on their recommendation. They charged me over $1,100 to rebuild the pump and I nearly blue a gasket! They reduced the job to $978 after I showed my concern. About 1 month later ... The pump blows up in our truck, Forcing us to buy a new pump. The funny thing is - the pump sells brand new for $738 and they quoted me $1800 to replace the pump. They charged me $400 dollars MORE to rebuilt the pump than the cost of putting a brand new pump in. These guys are crooks! I wouldn't waste your time going here unless you want to be over charged
