When I moved here a few years ago I rented a place through ERA Fernandina. It was a two story duplex that I rented short term for just a week. My son lives in Yulee so he put down a deposit of a least $250. My other Son came to visit and he had a dog.
I told him the dog had to stay outside in his car. It was a second story rental, so the dog could not even walk up the stairs at all. The dog stayed in the car for one nite and it was spring so it was comfortable for the dog. It would have been much harder for the dog to even climb the stairs. It never even sniffed the building.
