Randy Hart started the business in a small shop in Glasgow, MO. From there, Hart's Diesel & Machine was founded in 1996. Randy has a passion for everything that needs to be known about tractors. He has so many stories and inspiring experiences that always keep our customers and our team on their toes.
Here at Hart's Diesel & Machine, we offer repair or rebuild on your tractor or truck pulling parts. Having extensive experience designing and manufacturing our own diesel performance parts, has helped equip us to successfully repair or rebuild parts as well. The main products we repair or rebuild are turbo chargers, fuel injection pumps, and fuel injectors.
Our Hart's Diesel shop is where all of the magic happens. Our shop is equipped with top of the line engine manufacturing and fabrication capabilities, as well as the latest in high-speed CNC machining and turning centers. The combination of our high-tech equipment and expert machinists allow us to offer the best in turbo chargers, injectors, and fuel injection pumps all manufactured in-house.
CNC Machining stands for Computer Numerical Control Machining. Through a computer program the CNC Machine can customize an object to precise detail. From there, CNC Machining and the computer program work together so that the correct feed rate, coordination, speed, and location are used when making the object.
A Dyno Test is performed when we use a dynamometer to test a product for force, torque, and power. The power produced by an engine can be calculated by simultaneously measuring torque and rotational speed (RPM). The Dyno Test works by first hooking up a tractor motor to the Dyno Test. After the tractor motor is attached to the Dyno Test, our products are then attached to the engine to make sure everything is working properly.
