Partners Business Consulting Group Inc. (PBCG) was formed by Richard and Linda Crowder, a husband and wife venture, becoming recognized as an 8(a) company in 2004. Since forming the business, the company has grown taking a leading position in the federal arena; working as a business management consulting group; assisting in the areas of project management, IT system support, leadership development, training, and data quality assurance.

Services
Richard Crowder is the CEO/President of PBCG and is responsible for the direct management of the company. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Findlay, in Ohio. Richard later went on to pursue advanced studies at the University of Toledo and the University of Dallas. His background includes a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1967 as a member of a US Army Reconnaissance Platoon.
Partners Business Consulting, Inc. specializes in working with government entities in the areas of project management, scheduling, quality performance and custom report writing. The company applies its knowledge and understanding of project management by applying PMI standards to assist entities in project planning, execution and control to keep projects within scope and under budget.
