Our therapists are skilled in providing research supported treatment interventions to help patients reach their functional goals. Patient education is a critical component to effective treatment. Our goal is to educate the patient on what their diagnosis is and how they can manage their condition independently at home.

We provide one on one treatment sessions that include skilled manual therapy techniques to help improve the patient's function. The manual therapy provided will be specific to your clinical diagnosis. The ultimate goal of a successful physical therapy program is to restore prior level of function. Let one of our therapist assist you to perform better in life!
Services
Performance Rehabilitation was started in 2008 by Jason Osborne MPT, as a state of the art outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Jason and his staff have a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and have a vision for Performance Rehabilitation to set the benchmark for quality acute Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation services in central North Carolina.
I have been a patient at Performance Rehabilitation twice in the last three years for a shoulder injury and for an inner ear balance problem. On both occasions I found Jason and his staff to be very professional and cordial. Following an assessment of my condition they explained the physical therapy program that would be followed to address the problem.
Physical Therapy provides pain relief through a multifaceted treatment approach. Movement disorders such as neck pain, headaches, low back pain, shoulder tendinitis, knee pain, sprains, tennis elbow and limitations following surgery or injury can result in pain, swelling, and loss of motion. Our physical therapists can help provide relief from these problems and others.
Work Conditioning is an intensive, work related, goal oriented conditioning program designed to restore physical capacity and function in order to help employees return to work. The program is designed to improve the employee's joint mobility, strength, power, endurance, motor learning, and aerobic capacity to facilitate a quick and safe return to work.
What is a Medical Massage? Medical Massage is a result oriented treatment specifically directed to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a Doctor. Allison may use a variety of modalities or procedures during the treatment, but will focus the Medical Massage treatment on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis or prescription.
