The word "holistic" can mean many things. My holistic health approach is the alternative to fad diets and quick fix solutions. That's because these options do not set you up for long-term success. Success is not just about changing your diet or starting an exercise program, it's about considering you, the real you, to achieve the results you've been searching for.

Since I was a little girl I have been passionate about fitness and nutrition. I wanted to be the fastest runner in primary school and the best soccer player and sprinter in high school. After school and college I focused on different races such as half marathons, marathons, sprint triathlons, obstacle course races and GoRuck events (military influenced multi-hour endurance events).

Since training with Stephanie for more than two years I have seen amazing gains in strength, balance, endurance, and confidence in the gym. Her ability to communicate, demonstrate, and customize her workouts guarantees progress and success for her clients. My "best" varies from day to day, and Stephanie always meets me where I'm at, gives me a great workout, and leaves me feeling energized and motivated.
When it comes to supplements I am picky with the brands I choose for myself and my clients. I look for pharmaceutical grade, third-party tested, allergy free herbal supplements and contaminant free, allergy free protein powders.
