I dropped my laptop and went to R-computer to see if it was salvageable. The staff there was straightforward, promptly responsive, and honest about their diagnostic process and recommendations. I ended up getting a new laptop because it wasn't worth saving and repairing the old one.
The staff let me bring in my new laptop and transferred all my programs and comments from my previous hard drive. There was a diagnostic fee, but it was waived when I decided to have the files transferred. I'd say it was a fair price for their services and felt professional and honest. I would recommend bringing

I just had a computer crash. Called R Computer in a panic as all our bookkeeping data and all my spreadsheets were blocked. I took the computer in and it was beyond repair (and old). I had R Computer build me a new computer and was pleasantly surprised when Keith spent a great deal of time not only installing my programs and my data, but spent time showing me many things about Windows 10 and computers in general I had never understood before. We had just bought a new computer and needed to have the data from the old one moved to the new one. Ben and Keith were great! They did it quickly and professionally. A few weeks later my other computer was acting up so I went in to see about getting it fixed. Ben saw the problem right away and there was no charge. This place lives up to all the great reviews. I highly recommend it. BTW the architecture and design are fabulous.

Holy cow! Can you say IT crisis management?! After several almost sleepless nights relating to my system resources being zapped and countless hours of calls to Microsoft 365 support, I was able to get my system going with the help of Ben at R Computer. Ben is very efficient and professional, if you have any computer issues, this is the place to take it. I landed up buying a new PC They transferred all my data from my old system to the new system, as well as made sure I had all the programs I needed already installed. We started working with R-Computer when we decided to upgrade our system. To upgrade we needed new computers and to dispose of our old ones. We also wanted to get rid of old wires and make our building look smooth. Ethan set everything up: from our new computers, disposal of old computers, clean up of old wiring and installation of new wiring. From start to finish my experience with R-Computer was great. Ethan Ting did a great job directing me to the right hardware/software. The product was delivered by Brad Charchidi on time and as promised and he backed up and installed the existing software and data onto the new system with any issues. The invoice was timely and correct and I worked with Rhonda to easily pay the invoice with my credit card.

I have used R-Computer in the past and they did great with an older desktop and now with a newer unit, I had some issues with. They ran some test cleared that up and suggested some upgrading of a drive and made a huge improvement. They did not charge an arm or a leg but well worth the upgrade. I'm ready to take my Sony laptop in for a service check up as I know I can trust them to do right by the customer.

Our company have had a contract with R-Computer for a long time and they are heads and shoulders above all the other contractors we had in our past. Response is usually in a reasonably timely manner. Once on the job, the techs usually resolve the problems quickly to put us back on track. For a company that relies heavily on communication between the various sites, this type of service is critical.

Another great experience with R-Computer!!! This year 2017, our business computer was extremely slow, it would not load pages, and it froze for long periods of time. It became increasingly hard to do business with our computer not working. I knew exactly who to call- once again, R-Computer saved the day. I requested to have our favorite technician Sean come out, they scheduled us at a time that was convenient based on our schedule. A bit of a hidden gem but easy to get to get to. I depend upon my laptop for business so much these days. The battery was dying and a small spill made my keyboard glitchy (technical term :)). Keith took care of both issues in a short amount of time and the price was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend these folks for your computer drama. You'll have immediate confidence that they know what they're doing. Also of note - their office decor is inviting. Looks like a wonderful place to work!

If there is one business in the world that I am thankful for its R-Computer. The customer service is second to none. Do not take your computer anywhere else.
My pc was on the fritz and was already slow and not working the same way. Then my daughter walked over to it and pushed the on and off button over and over again until my computer self imploded. Its spirit left its body and took all my photos, documents and everything else dear to me with it.
They got it back into working shape. I was able to save all my photos and deactivate my photo editing programs and Itunes.

This place is amazing- I've been going here for over a decade! Even though they're pretty far away now, they have amazing customer service and are good about explaining what's going on with my computer. My computer is little over a year old and has been running slow (and driving me crazy) ever since I purchased it. Wow! What great service at R-Computer! I brought my laptop in for repair as I had heard good things about them. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, but they also offered me a coffee while they did the paperwork. You just don't see customer service like that any more. As far as my computer repair, the staff was clearly knowledgeable, and they diagnosed my machine in one day and had it repaired in less than 3 days! Wow! Thanks again R-Computer. My Lenovo Idea Book (laptop) had been totally useless for a long time. Went to the Geek Squad and was very disappointed with their service. Found out about R-computer and was totally amazed by Keith Mundt's expertise and pleasant treatment of his customers. Moreover he showed me a quick fix for my computer. It's now working fine and I didn't even spend a dime on it. R-Computer is a great service company with knowledgeable and customer friendly staff. They will be my computer service company from now on.
